Custom Sugar Cookie Pricing:

Starting at $60/dozen for 3-4" cookie
(base price, may increase with difficulty of design and quantity of colors needed)
Minimum 1 dozen cookies per order.

My kitchen is NOT nut, gluten, sugar, milk or egg free.
I do not suggest ordering if you or your family has an allergy.
My kitchen is an Oregon Certified Cottage Law Kitchen. No shipping.
All of my cookies come individually heat sealed (INCLUDED!) to ensure maximum freshness.
Decorative bows can be added to each individual Cookie or Cakesicle and are an additional .50 - $1 per Cookie/Cakesicle depending on the size of the bow.
I do not offer quantity discounts-each cookie, cakesickle, cupcake, and/or cake is handmade and decorated fresh for you.
Labels on each package will state the variety and known allergens. All orders including cupcakes are placed inside bakery boxes or bags for easier transport.

Shipping:
I am not allowed to ship as Oregon Cottage Law does not allow shipping.
Placing an Order:
Invoices will be sent to your email address and will give you the option to make a debit /credit card payment. Your invoice is good for 48 hours after it is sent. If it is not paid by this time, it will be cancelled automatically.
Baked goods undeliverable will be forfeited after 3 days. If you are a no show and do not contact me then I assume you do not want them. After 3 days I will sell the items or they will get eaten, probably by my family and me. :)
Availability:
To check on the current availability of a date, please fill out my Price Quote/Inquiry form. When inquiring about availability, please keep in mind that availability is subject to change at any point as I get orders. Inquiring about the availability of a date does not reserve it for you. Your order is placed and your date reserved only when your order is paid in full.
Cancelling an Order:
Orders are nonrefundable, but payment may be transferred to a future order if at least seven days notice is given before the originally scheduled pick up date. Credits for rescheduled orders must be used within six months.
If I must cancel an order due to an emergency on my part making me unable to fulfill it, a full refund will be issued.
In an event that a customer is not satisfied with the order, the uneaten baked goods must be returned within three days to assess their condition and decide on a resolution.
Changing an Order:
Changes to designs, quantities, or dates are done solely at my discretion and depend on my ability to accommodate the request.

Once you pick up and accept the order, the order is no longer my responsibility. Please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) on. Cookies/Cakesicles/Cupcakes/treats are fragile and it is important to handle them with care. Please DO NOT leave baked goods in a hot car. Be gentle with your baked goods and they will stay perfect.
Paying a custom invoice means that you agree to all the terms listed above and that you have checked the order to make sure it is correct when you pick up your order.
